Nous r\u00e9alisons en atelier nos propres <strong>Essais Non Destructifs (NDT)<\/strong> \u2014 incluant le contr\u00f4le par ressuage et la magn\u00e9toscopie \u2014 pour les pi\u00e8ces autoris\u00e9es dans nos limites d&rsquo;approbation.<br><br>Pour les composants hautement critiques ou n\u00e9cessitant des \u00e9quipements sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s hors de notre port\u00e9e directe, nous collaborons avec des ateliers tiers agr\u00e9\u00e9s (OMA) rigoureusement s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s. Cette \u00e9tape cruciale consiste \u00e0 redonner \u00e0 chaque composante ses sp\u00e9cifications d\u2019origine pour assurer une durabilit\u00e9 et une performance optimales lors du prochain cycle de vie du moteur. Qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de l\u2019usinage de pr\u00e9cision des si\u00e8ges de soupapes, de la rectification des port\u00e9es de carters ou du remplacement des guides, chaque intervention est guid\u00e9e par les limites de service les plus strictes du manufacturier. Lorsque requis, par l&rsquo;entremise d&rsquo;un atelier sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9, nous effectuons \u00e9galement des restaurations de finitions de surface et des r\u00e9parations approuv\u00e9es par soudure ou m\u00e9lange (blending) si n\u00e9cessaire, tout en incorporant syst\u00e9matiquement les bulletins de service obligatoires et les consignes de navigabilit\u00e9. Nous installons syst\u00e9matiquement des joints et fixations neuves pour garantir l&rsquo;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;assemblage. Chaque moteur r\u00e9vis\u00e9 subit une s\u00e9quence de tests rigoureuse, d&rsquo;une dur\u00e9e d&rsquo;environ une heure, pour valider chaque aspect de sa m\u00e9canique avant sa remise en service.<br><strong>Validation des param\u00e8tres vitaux<\/strong> : Nous surveillons m\u00e9ticuleusement les pressions d&rsquo;huile, les temp\u00e9ratures et les performances \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents r\u00e9gimes pour confirmer que le moteur respecte les courbes de puissance du manufacturier.<br><strong>Contr\u00f4le d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9<\/strong> : Cette mise en marche contr\u00f4l\u00e9e permet de d\u00e9tecter la moindre fuite et d&rsquo;assurer une \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 parfaite de tous les syst\u00e8mes internes et externes avant que le moteur ne quitte nos installations.<br><strong>Amorce du rodage<\/strong> : Ce test constitue une premi\u00e8re mise en marche essentielle et un rodage pr\u00e9liminaire.
