Since May 2024, the Aéro Atelier team has worked a four-day week. The result? A more rested team, stronger employee retention and, contrary to what some might expect, a 10% increase in annual production.
As Manuel Mongrain explains in the article:
“We took a risk, but it paid off. It is good for our employees’ mental health, and some of our customers are even looking at adopting the same policy in their own organizations.”
Recognition that crossed the Atlantic
This innovative approach to the “human factor” even attracted the attention of France’s Directorate General for Civil Aviation (DGAC), which invited Martin Blais to share our results at an international symposium. It is a reminder that ideas developed here in Mauricie can resonate far beyond our region.
