Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use

1. Purpose and Identification

These terms govern the sale of promotional merchandise, such as T-shirts and caps, through the Aéro Atelier online store. Established since 1980, our priority is to provide service consistent with our aviation expertise. For questions relating to an order, you may contact Martin Blais, Commercial & Marketing Director.

2. Prices and Payment Terms

  • Pricing: Item prices are displayed before tax.
  • Tax calculation: Applicable taxes (GST and QST) are calculated and added to the total at checkout.
  • Payment: Full payment is required when the order is placed.
  • Payment methods: Transactions are processed securely through PayPal.
  • Shipping: Shipping charges are calculated separately and added to the total at checkout.

3. Order Processing and Availability

  • Processing time: We undertake to prepare and ship your order within a maximum of 7 business days. Although we make every effort to ship the same day for orders placed before 1 p.m., this cannot be guaranteed.
  • Out of stock: If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you to offer a similar item or agree on a waiting period based on the next expected availability.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Rates: A flat rate applies to standard shipping.
  • Service optimization: Where your location permits, we prioritize a faster delivery service at no additional charge. For more distant destinations, we select the service offering the best value.
  • Adjustments: If shipping costs are exceptionally high for a specific destination, we will contact you to confirm use of the general postal service before shipment.

5. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Given the promotional nature of our merchandise and the logistics costs involved, our return policy is as follows:

  • Aéro Atelier error: If you receive a product that does not match your order, we will cover the full cost of returning it and shipping the correct product.
  • Orders of $150 or more: Returns are accepted subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover administrative and transaction costs. Original return-related shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
  • Regular orders: For orders under $150, return or exchange requests will be evaluated case by case to provide a fair solution.

6. Liability and Legal Framework

Governing law: These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada.

Use: The items sold are promotional products intended for personal use. Purchasing these items does not constitute the provision of aircraft maintenance services.
