Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At Aéro Atelier, we are proud of our heritage and the quality of our branded merchandise. Because these items are handled on a personalized basis, we review each request with the same attention to detail that we bring to our engine overhaul work.
Return Conditions
Our standard return policy is valid for 30 days after you receive your order. After this period, we unfortunately can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
- T-shirts must not have been worn or washed.
- Caps must retain their original shape and show no signs of wear.
Errors and Defects
If the return results from an error on our part, such as the wrong item, incorrect size or a manufacturing defect, Aéro Atelier will cover the full cost of return shipping and reshipping the correct product. In this specific case, no restocking fee will apply.
Orders of $150 or More
For orders exceeding a total of $150, returns are accepted subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee covers administrative time related to the credit and the original transaction fees.
Return Shipping Costs
Except where the return results from an Aéro Atelier error, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning an item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Procedure
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal account.
