AERO ATELIER C.M INC ENGINE WARRANTY CONTRACT
This contract constitutes an agreement between AERO ATELIER C.M INC and the BUYER regarding the ENGINE warranty.
- Warranty Duration and Transferability
- The warranty is valid for a period of 1 year, with no hour limitation, starting from the date of invoicing or installation (maximum 30 calendar days following the invoice date).
- This warranty is transferable from one owner to another during the maximum period of 1 year, subject to prior approval by AERO ATELIER C.M INC.
- Warranty Validity Conditions
- AERO ATELIER C.M INC reserves the right to refuse or cancel the warranty if the damage is caused by an accident, misuse, improper installation, improper maintenance, improper adjustment, improper repair or improper storage, other than those prescribed by the manufacturer and/or AERO ATELIER C.M INC.
- This cancellation can be made without notice or compensation.
- Warranty Claim Procedure
- AERO ATELIER C.M INC must be informed of the problem as soon as possible.
- No parts should be removed, nor any modifications made without written authorization from AERO ATELIER C.M INC.
- Warranty work must be performed at AERO ATELIER C.M INC, located at 1281 Chemin de la Vigilance, Shawinigan, QC, G0X 1L0. If the work cannot be performed on our premises, prior written authorization is required for the work to be performed elsewhere and/or by another person.
- A copy of the logbook and maintenance records must be provided to assess the warranty.
- AERO ATELIER C.M INC reserves the right to set a maximum amount for repairs, based on the best practices in effect at the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
- Transportation costs are subject to prior approval.
- Removal and installation costs of parts are not covered by the warranty.
- Limitation of Liability
- AERO ATELIER C.M INC disclaims all liability in connection with the consequences of the problem under warranty.
- No damages or interest may be charged or demanded from AERO ATELIER C.M INC, other than the replacement or repair of the problematic part.
- AERO ATELIER C.M INC reserves the right to replace the part with a new, rebuilt, overhauled or serviceable part, or to repair the part in the workshop, at its discretion.
- Conditions of Use
- The warranty takes into account compliance with normal wear and tear limits and correct and proper use according to the recommendations of the manufacturer and/or AERO ATELIER C.M INC.
- Parts Availability
- The availability of parts from the manufacturer may affect the processing time. AERO ATELIER C.M INC cannot be held responsible for costs incurred for delays related to arrivals, transportation or lack of personnel.
- Warranty Period on Replaced Parts
- Any warranty offered during the 1-year period does not extend to parts replaced and/or repaired beyond the prescribed period according to the initial invoice date.
- Implicit Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
- By proceeding with the execution of the agreement and accepting delivery of the engine, the BUYER implicitly acknowledges and accepts all the terms and conditions stipulated in this warranty contract.
